All communication regarding reservation of services offered by Thasos Private Cruises, including changes and cancellations shall be in writing and may be sent using e-mail or calling , if time permits.
Cancellation policy for day tours
A deposit will be charged upon booking any expedition. The contracting party may cancel the travel contract at least 48 hours before the beginning of the trip. If the cancelation is made in less than 48 hours before the trip, the deposit will not be given back.
Booking via phone
All our day tours can be booked during the tour desk opening hours up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. Our booking service can be reached at +30 694 859 1888.
Booking email: firstname.lastname@example.org can be made for all day tours up to 24 hours prior to tour departure. A deposit must be given through bank account for the booking to be valid.
Validity of prices
All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current purchasing prices in Greece. Thasos Private Cruises reserves the right to change prices already quoted or published in our price lists without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or due to any other cost increases that are beyond our control. Any eventual changes in rates will not be made with less then 4 weeks’ notice prior to arrival.
Discounts for children are subject to the nature of the services to be provided and the terms of Thasos Private Cruises as well as their service partners.
Upon receipt of deposit from the client, Thasos Private Cruises will issue service vouchers as relevant. The vouchers will either be posted to the client or handed to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to safeguard the vouchers and present these to the relevant service partners as payment for each service rendered.
Thasos Private Cruise reserves the right to levy a charge for any change to a confirmed reservation, requested by the client. The charge is subject to Thasos Private cruise’s current tariff and the policy of Thasos Private Cruise’s service partners.
All our tours start from the old Harbour in Limenas.. The departure time is indicated on your voucher. It is the passengers responsibility to arrive at our tour office in time to check in and to board the boat.
Thasos Private Cruises acts in good faith and disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeure such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any irregularities beyond the control of Thasos Private Cruises. Thasos Private Cruises cannot be held responsible for acts, defaults of, or delays caused by, any agent, guide, restaurant, hotel, coach operator, airline, or any persons or companies, however caused. In the case of any changes , the passenger is responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes. The company cannot be made responsible for losses that a passenger may face due to delay, regardless whether the loss is direct or indirect.
Passengers with special needs
If you have any special needs or requests you should notify Thasos Private Cruises as soon as possible. We always try to fulfill our customers wishes at all times.
Wheelchairs that can be folded are permitted on board free of charge. If possible, please advise Thasos Private Cruise desk prior to tour departure.
